  • Bacs Transfer for rent payments
  • Dealing with all repairs and maintenance on property
  • Arranging Renewal contracts
  • Dealing with Deposit Lodgement to DPS
  • Negotiating between landlord and tenant
  • Meter reading and finalising utility accounts
  • Advice on rent increases and current market trends
  • In addition to the above listed we can offer any further services that you require should you wish to discuss this with us.

Let Only Service 
The introduction of a tenant to include: 
  • Full marketing on range of national portals ie Rightmove, Primelocation, Radar Homes, findaproperty etc
  • Arranging and conducting accompanied viewings if required
  • All applicants are referenced thoroughly
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
  • Collection of the first months rent and payment to you, with an initial statement of account
  • As a Rent Shield Agent we can offer 6 or 12 months Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance (subject to the applicant meeting the insurance company’s requirements) for a small cost.

Rent Collection 
The introduction of a tenant to include: 
  • Full referencing
  • Advertising of the property and preparing tenancy agreement
  • All applicants are referenced thoroughly
  • Setting up account and collecting rent on a monthly basis with statement of account
  • The property is handed back to landlord for management and repairs and maintenance
  • We can also deal with Renewal of Agreements if required
